Rip off and Shady

I financed a mower through them with the amount of 13000 and they say they don’t have rates but the monthly payment over the length of term I will have paid 30000 for this mower. I have called several times to get an explanation and nobody wants to explain how we even got to the monthly payment. Worst company ever to deal with. They are scammers and liars and have poor customer service.
