Purchased a GEOCruiser in July, 2017 for $2695.00 as a 12 month, no interest, payoff. The company offered a 12 month, interest free purchase through TimePayment Corp. After numerous telephone calls and faxing of documents for on line signature I was told I had to sign the Lease Agreement too even though I was assured that paying of the purchase price at the end of 12 months was the contract amount. This entire contract was presented as a valid agreement for 12 month, 0 interest purchase. Requiring additional forms be signed perpetrated FRAUD !!!!
TO DATE I HAVE PAID $3225.77, THE PURCHASE PRICE WAS $2695.00. And, now was told that the agreement for purchase was not a 12 month interest free purchase but requires me to pay for 8 more payments to "BUYOUT the lease agreement"....

THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD !!
