Ordered product (10281114) on 30-06-2012, not delivered yet, neither money refunded.

I ordered 2products under same order id: 10162343 in that i order product like Philips Trimmer & Digital Thermometre i recieved digital thermometre which was cheap whereas i do not got philips trimmer they taken my whole money & did not delivered me product i order on 2jan 2012 whenever i send them email they email like your product will be delivered within 4-5workings days it happened to me 4-5times.But they dont send product even when you call on their contact number they wont pick up phone.

Call your bank (if you have paid via credit card) and ask them to CHARGEBACK the money due to NON-DELIVERY of goods in the committed time frame. Not only will the bank recover money from the merchant but will also impose a fine on the merchant. Register your complaint on other consumer rights. I did this and my bank gave me the amount back. You acn also write email to these email id [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] is the payment gateway provider for Timtara.

Just dont let you know fight against them. Its your money.

I ordered a sony ericsson xperia mini st15i mobile phone from online shopping website www.Timtara.Com on 26-sep-2011 and paid rs. 11499/- Through netbanking. After repeatedly calling them for asking my order status, on 4th oct 2011 they told me that they don't have it in their stock and I cancelled my order on the same day. The same day my order was cancelled and my order status was payment refund pending as it is now and I have not got any refund till now. When I call them to ask about payment refund they don't pick up my phone. I therefore request you to make the company refund my hard earned money as I need it urgently.

I ordered one Seagate GoFlex 500GB USB Portable External Hard Drive at www.timta…om on 17.06.2011. I ordered the same for one of my friend. I paid Rs. 2, 849/- through credit card. In the product page- http://www.timtara.com/products/Seagate-GoFlex-… the delivery time was highlighted as “Delivery in 8-10 Working Days”. But after many repeated request they told me on 28.06.2011 that product is out stock. The lady on phone(customer care) also told me that I can cancell the order by writing an email to their ID-customerfirst@timta…om. I thereafter on same day wrote following email to them-

I have placed Order #10044879 on 17.06.2011 and for last 10 days it has been stated by your Customer Care and at Facebook page that it will be shipped within 1-2 days and will reach me within 5-6 working days. But when I called your customer care few minutes ago they told me that it is out of stock. I have ordered this item for one my friend and facing embarrassment infront of him. Your Customer Care said it may get shipped this week if stock arrives. So shipping+ delivery will take another 10 days time to reach me. So through this mail I want to cancell my following order-

Thereafter I regularly checked my Account to know about refund.But to my surprise on 01.07.2011 my order status showed “SHIPPED”. So immediately called them and asked why you shipped my order after cancellation. In reply they told that they didn’t receive any cancellation. When I said that I wrote mail to them and also updated at their facebook page they admitted the cancellation. Thereafter they told that I will get my refund within 7-8 days. But till now I have not received any refund and status of my order still shows “Shipped”. In between these days I am requesting at their facebook page to refund my money at earliest.

From 17.06.2011 I made purchase at letsbuy.com, ebay.in, yebhi.com and zoomin.com. All the products were received within 4-5 working days.

Now I am really repenting why I choose the timtara.com.

Through this I want to warn everyone about timtara.com. They accept order when product is out of stock and when we cancel the order they don’t bother to refund our money.

I may lose Rs.2, 849/- but other peoples shouldn’t suffer like me.
