I paid for an item on 15-08-11. Now its 8 days post payment.
i got a mail saying that my item is ready for shipment on 17-08-11.
till now they didnot ship it. I called their cust service today.
To my surprise the lady who spoke to me dont know how to respond to a call. She kept on saying that it will take another 4-5 days.I asked about the reason why the item was not shipped till now, she just disconnec ted my call.

Call your bank (if you have paid via credit card) and ask them to CHARGEBACK the money due to NON-DELIVERY of goods in the committed time frame. Not only will the bank recover money from the merchant but will also impose a fine on the merchant. Register your complaint on other consumer rights. I did this and my bank gave me the amount back. Just dont let you know fight against them. Its your money.
