We have ordered lg microwave on may 18 2012. Order ID:10257568 , transaction ID:10114090 on the name of sagarika s.They have delayed the delivery for more than a month and gave some insane reason that the product was in huge demand and so the delay in delivery.They promised via mail that they will be delivering the order in another 5 to 6 days.But I didn't receive item even after 10 working days from that day.

So we cancelled the order on 27th june(got cancelled only after calling 10-15 times).We were said that refund will be done in 7-10 working days.Its been almost 6 month since we placed the order and more than 5 months from cancellation still no trace of our money.Even the customer care people also seem to be well trained as most of them are shamelessly disconnecting the call and some are responding in arrogant way when asked about delay in refund.We have waited long enough but still no response. Please help us.

TiMTARA such a fraud company, its not taking care of their customer as weel as sellers (vendors)
So many Seller not getting paid since last 6 months, Pending amount from 1 lakh to 20 lakh.

i ordered a led tv philips. i have not recieved the product though i was promised
that i will recieve the product on time. customer care number is never answered. i found number of one mr raja. being the face of his organisation Timtara, i expected a responsible response from him. but to my dissapointment he waas cold and behaved very badly and irresponsibly. i am left with no choice but to knock the doors of consumer court.

Call your bank (if you have paid via credit card) and ask them to CHARGEBACK the money due to NON-DELIVERY of goods in the committed time frame. Not only will the bank recover money from the merchant but will also impose a fine on the merchant. I did this and my bank gave me the amount back. Absolutely true!... I have ordered a Panasonic cordless phone worth Rs2500. I made the order couple of week back..but still the item is awaiting shipping...also I am not able to reach any of their customer service...whether any one got suggestion how to approach these guys...i'm planning to cancel my order but question is will I get back the money? Somebody plz help me out...
