Hello everyone buys the tablet 64gb wave v919 dual air anywhere you Tinydeal and I came with a manufacturing defect and not caught WiFi coverage and that the factory reset several times and nothing mode.
Try to solve this through the website of the seller, for this I had to send several messages with their respective evasivas.Primero from the web they asked me pictures of default of the tablet, then they answered me through my mail I had to be a video link through YouTube or dropbox, escoji youtube and I had activated, this option is not earned them and asked me to do it for dropbox and so I did.

And the following message was that without had to submit to request a quote from a local technical and that if it was expensive not repair it, I let them know that in Spain for a budget and they charge 20 euros just to open and looking and also he was unwilling to fix a device that should work fine hand is assumed.
So now I not know what else I can tell, the only thing I know is the last purchase I do with these gentlemen.

It was a Christmas present for my wife and I often bring disappointment because it works better than the old tablet had to this new one.
At the end she opened dispute through paypal and now have risen to claim.

I ordered an Landa V116w dual OS tablet 2gb 64gb & the keyboard. I paid extra for faster shipping. I have spent more then a week & a half after starting a chat to complain about the internal storage of the tablet - on file explorer it shows approx 16gb & customer service told me to send photos, I did. Then they replied with send videos!!! (Why didn't they say that to begin with?) I also had pics of CC CLeaner, SD Maid & then shown attaching the tablet to my PC to read the tablet. The service they wanted me to use to send the video wetransfer -- wouldn't take my video, found an error, or had a problem every time I tried :( I was getting so frustrated. The file was too large too attach to an email. I sent a Google drive link & let the rep I've been dealing with know. It sent with my gmail address & I let her know about this change also ...since it was different. No reply.

I also notice .. Even though I had changed the language setting to English there was still a lot of Chinese on the tablet. I've read this needs to be changed in Windows ...if only I had Win 8.1!!! They didn't install it -- I've paid for it, but NO! After several more days & resending the link. My rep now gives me 3 options - none of which work for me!! :(

And on top of everything -- the tablet is OVERHEATING
I haven't even used it - she wants me to pay to ship it back to China! tinydeal has a US warehouse -- they sent me a defective & not the right item ...not 1 error but 2, they need to send me prepaid shipping if they want the tablet back. I'm gonna handle this with my bank & show them all my documentation. And have them chargeback my credit card. I've tried ...you can't send a customer a product like this!

Tinydeal is a very good site for me . shipping is fast ( about 2-3 weeks), the products are goods . Prises is cheaper than ofther e-shops . Tinydeal quality is perfect !!!

I must admit that there are great deals on TinyDeal.com, they have fair products at fair prices. Even some stuffs hard to find. But It takes about a month for the delivery, i once bought some decoration accessories for Halloween, receive the package a few days after the festival has gone lol Besides, it is said free shipping on the website, but sometimes you still need to pay for the tracking number. That is not very good. if the delivery can be faster and tracking number are offered for free, then i would have nothing to complain about.

I have ordered an cellphone on tinydeal, that is to my friend's birthday.Expecting faster shipping and I can give my friend a surprise asap.Really the delivery is so slow?
