Not submitted our darshan booking ticket

We booked darshan ticket's of Pravu Tirupati Balaji for the month of jan 2020.03 booking date 17/09/2019 ,amount RS 3600,transfer through RBL bank.Now they are not responding ,not produced the ticket's and stop pick up our phone,so please help us
