I ordered a card over a month ago called customer service two or three times about it cause I never got it they told me something different each time takes 7 days then takes 30 days I live in rual area I don't drive or own my own car and for me to get to a money mart to pull my money out I have to pay $100 each time because your dumb employees don't know how to mail a frickin card its really frustrating having to spend hundreds of money in the last 2 months to go to Selkirk moneymart for my money only to give $100 each time u know how many times since my card haven't come in the mail counting this time 10 times thats $1000 of my money cause I don't have a dam card yet I think reimbursing me that money is the right thing to do ! TITANIUM Prepaid Master Card is a FRAUD. Buyers Beware!!!
If you load the card with your money, your funds are placed on HOLD, you don't have access to your money all calls to the Customer Service center in the Phillipines is a joke, complaints are never resolved.

To add salt to injury, your money gradually disappears from the card because anytime you call to lodge a complaint, you are charged 25 cents, and before you know it, your hard earned money is gone. The owners are feeding fat on my hard earned money while also using it to pay the outsourcing company and agents in the Phillipines.

This FRAUD!!! DON'T BUY THIS CARD TITANIUM Master Card and please pass this information over to others. I have had a terrible experience and I don't want you to be a victim.

This Titanium Master Card by Peoples Trust Company is a FRAUD. In the past two weeks have loaded money on the card (July 23, 2021), I can't use it, whenever I call the Customer Service line, the phone is picked up somewhere in the Phillipines.

I get the same response and until now ( August 4, 2021) I can't use the card. Their Customer Services is bad, nothing get resolved, I will just count my loss and I will advise that people should STOP buying this card because it s**ks.

THIS CARD THROUGH MONEY MART IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF, I WASN'T TOLD ABOUT MONTHLY FEE'S, I PAID $20 + TAXES, THEN 5 DAY'S LATER I HAD TO PAY A MONTHLY FEE PLUS TO ACTIVATE MY CARD IS ANOTHER $1.50.I'M CANCELING THIS CARD AS SOON AS A TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE, MONEY MART WILL NEVER SEE ME EVER AGAIN, THEY SHOULD CHANGE THERE NAME TO MONEY RIP OFF MART.
