This complaint to me is very bogus! I have been to TITLMAx and they are very clear about their contracts there is no way to lie to a customer about the appraisal of the car..They are allowed to give you 80% of your black book value and according to scratches on your window dents matching tires..every vech. just varies also if your vech is salvaged then it cuts down to half...now there is no way they told 2years when they are very clear that this loan is a 30 day note with ref. options. so there is no contract for two years. People start reading and listening what you are getting into instead of twisting it around. Stop blaming the companies and people that work for their them!
