Borrowed 2300 against my 2003 Honda CR-V to help family member. Was late maybe twice. 7 months later I get paperwork Titlemax was changing the term of my loan to higher interest almost 200%- I freaked out, looking at the paperwork I still was 300 over what I borrowed andcwas making close to 500 pmt amts and giving them extra when I found. When determining pay off amount I was 800 over what I borrowed. Called them stating I was driving to meet my employer to get cash to pay off and I would be there in their office in three days to pay off the car. Titlemax gave me pay off amount and then took my car in the middle of the night. I know they wanted to extort me even more and chose to prevent me from driving to get the money so I can stop paying Satan every month- they are evil-
Took the bus and now I will do everything possible to sue titlemax and make sure TN bans them-
