I'm so fed up with the way they treat all of us in the back.i work at springhurts towne center 4121 towne center drive 40241. You know we work hard on the line in the back unpacking the product. It's so hot back there that we have water bottles. If we get off the line to take a drink because it's so hot the managers jump on us The managers has complained and said that we are all slow I'm pretty much intelligence to where we can't get our products out we overheard aren't Angeo talking about how they hard new employees to far all of us in the back and so we didn't know that they hired new people they been trying them on the night shift I really don't think it's fair that they treat us like we're nobodies this is a company and you guys horrendous and then treat us like crap I refuse to stand by and let your employees treat me like I'm a nobody I work hard just like everyone else I continue to work hard just like everyone else just to be stepped on one and belittled like I'm garbage while I'm standing up to this company and I will call the Better Business Bureau I'll call the news company or whoever else I need to contact for your employees to be treated fairly maybe you guys should step in and check your managers and see how they treat us for starters maybe you need to look at art and see how he's so prejudiced against his employees and then you have Jill who sits in the office and talked to Art about all the employees and we catch him and then when we confront them about it they pretend like they don't say nothing your company will be blasted it's horrible how you allow them to treat us it's horrible how you allow them that's horrible how we get our appraisals and they give us the smallest percent this and it's just gotten out of control and too far I will go down to that discrimination board to because TJ Maxx has overstepped their boundaries and treating their employees like garbage
