Wrong labeling

I was shopping at TJ MAXX at 3120 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, To pick up some shirts.
When I got to the cashier Ms. Olga She just said that the price of one of the shirts was labeled wrong with a lower price. She called her supervisor Ms. Janete that simply told her it was wrong with out any further informations to me or a compensation for their mistake. I don’t think customers have for a staff mistake.

Inappropriate Manager

I am an associate professor of English and am appalled at the behavior of the Florence, SC manager of the TJ Maxx store where I used to enjoy shopping a great deal until now. Today, 8-27-16, I was addressed as darling and baby. The manager took me next in line to check me out, and said, I'll take you right here darling. Then, as he is checking me out, ringing up my items, he begins speaking louder than any of employee checking out other customers, trying to clown me, so to speak, and dared to address me as baby during the check out when he requested whether I wanted to save on my purchase.

I am sure TJ Maxx trains its managers to behave and speak appropriately to customers. Perhaps, this manager needs to be reminded that TJ Maxx's Corporate Office expects customer care and courtesy from its managers, who serve as examples for other employees. I would not like to see such an upscale store degenrate into a classless place where the working woman can purchase professional clothes at an affordable price. This manager may need to be retrained in social etiquette and the expectations TJ Maxx's Corporate Office requires.

Ignorant Cashiers

I was returning a gift for two reasons, one the garments didn't fit and the other is that the top was falling apart. the gifts were purchased on 4/29.2016. they didn't start falling apart till they were worn. I laundered them correctly. I was told no returns after 30 days??? I didn't wear it till after 30 days!!! I was told no return for the garments on a gift card. 3 women handled me, very rude, there was a 20 minute wait time before they told me that they were doing nothing and shoved my outfit in a bag. This is not customer service, there isn't another department store in the area that has this stupid 30 day rule. what am I supposed to do with a top that is falling apart? It cannot be worn anymore, my pants don't fit, and I take that size in all my pants??? Now I have a gift from my Sons that is useless. It's not fair to them or me. I want a gift card for $33.98. It's not my fault that your garment aren't sized correctly or made well.

Rude handbag lady

I wanted to put a handbag in layaway for my daughter for Xmas. I rang the assistance bell for help. No one showed up for 5 minutes. I saw the store manager and asked if someone was working the handbag department and she said someone would be right there. A nice lady walked over to ask if I had been helped and I replied no. There was another lady in the handbag department that later walked up to me. Mind you now 10 minutes later I asked for help with a handbag. She rudely replied she had been there the whole time. Yeah she was there talking to someone and didn't reply to the handbag bell. She looked at me with an additude like she was mad I asked for help. They I said I want to put the bag in layaway and she said no I have to do it. Her name was Lilian and I feel she was embarrassed I asked for help although she was standing there the whole time running her mouth. I guess she was made I asked the store manager for help. Lilian was very rude and not helpful. No hi may I help you nothing. I almost did not purchase the bag because of rude Ms Lilian. If I was a mystery shopper she would have failed. You don't say I've been here the whole time to a customer. Yeah you were there but you were running your mouth.

Very Rude

I have just called Customer Service with my grandmother because she doesn't like calling alone. She had missed placed her card for the second time and was calling to get a new one. The first guy sent us to another guy in loss or stolen cards. This guy was so rude!!!!! He cut me off when I was trying to help my grandmother with giving her email address THEN assumed I was getting over on my grandmother and misusing her card when I don't even have her card!!!! On top of that I have my OWN CARD!!! I have never been treated like this EVER from any Customer Service. It is very sad that you cant even help your grandmother without Tj Maxxs Company assuming the worst about their customers!!!!!

rude cashier

I wanted to return a pair of designer shoes, and when the cashier looked at the bottom of the shoes, she shouted that these had been worn. I replied that they were not, and she looked at me like I was the biggest lier in the world and accused me again of wearing them. I tried to explain to her and the manager standing next to her that I did not wear the shoes and I would never return used shoes. There was some dirt on the bottom of the platform, but I showed the manager the heel which was untouched. I wanted to bring another pair of the same shoes (or any other) from the store to prove that when you try shoes on, they automatically get dirty and I bought them dirty already (but, it wasn't so bad at all).

Finally, she gave me the money back, but did not say sorry or explain her false accusing. Integrity is a part of my life, and, naturally, I feel very disappointed when people question it in such a rude way. The cashier made a wrong assumption and never apologized. If she did not have an opportunity to learn some ethical manners when being risen up, at least the store should provide some training to improve and/or teach to appropriate behavior and customer service.

rude cashier

Well i am an T.J Maxx employee and i will say some employees are rudebut you cant say that for all .. its just the personality of the person .. and why would you want to talk about someone being "big and bad" & you having them one on one, are you plaining fighting an employee over some dirty shoes ??
