On Dec 23rd 2107 it was closing time at the tjmaxx in mount vernon New York. The doors closed at 11pm and that's when the nonsense started. Assistant manager Kay and associate cha started being rude to the staff. They started yelling at us to clean the store that it's a mess. Then they started cursing at us and saying hurry up or we are going to hurt you. The verbal abuse continued all night while we were cleaning. I took this job as a cashier for the holidays I am glad I am a temp and i am leaving. Assistant manager Kay needs to learn how to be a leader and she needs to learn how to speak to her staff. Her behavior on this night was deplorable and disgusting I believe she was trying to show off and trying to prove she was in charge. This is not the first time she has spoken to staff like this. She plays two rolls when the store Manager Karen is her Kay is nice when Karen is not around Kay changes. She speaks to us very sarcastic and rude and she does not help like the other managers due at night. Karen the store Manager needs to learn how to manager her manager Kay. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR I WILL NEVER COME BACK
