what is this??

i got a message on my phone saying that my mobile have been awarded $3000,000.00 USD and to claim email my name and ref to tmcl 12 @live.com. is this a fraud or is it real. will like to know what this is please??? thanks.

lottery offer

i got a message from [email protected] saying that "true move thai has awarded your mobile number the total sum of $3000000 in this year INTL draw. " is it fake, fraud, or have i been awarded for real...please help me and reply as soon as possible
