Its keep taking my money every day and it wont stop and dont know how to contact them

Taking unauthorized fund's from my greendot account

To Whom It May Concern:

I, Wesley Wade, have notified your company twice by email and at least once by telephone about debits coming out of my account which were unauthorized by me. I have been assured by your company that I will be refunded all or part of these unauthorized charges, and that you would stop debiting these charges from my account immediately. Today I checked my account, and you're still taking these funds from my account. I'm on Social Security and I cannot afford to have someone defraud me by taking my money out of my account! Either refund my monies immediately, and stop debiting my account, or I will turn this matter over to the Arkansas State Attorney General's office, and I will contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as theft of banking funds is a Federal crime.

I️ discontinued the service on October 13 but they took two payments of $36.41 from my card on October 16 and October 23. They stole from me.
