daily taking money from my card without approval

I have problem taking from my credit card amount 1.79 euro starting 16/9/2018 until today nearly on daily basis 71 times some of them more than once daily
on there is one transaction with 21.99 euro and on23/9/2018 with 14.99euro

please stop these transaction
