I have 5 unauthorized charges taken from my account. I have not authorized these debits to be taken from my account. I demand these charges to refunded immediately or I will be taken legal actions. I also want a verification to a conclusion.

I have received 5 unauthorized fraudulent debited charges from my account. I demand those 5 separate debit amounts be refunded immediately, or I will be taking further legal action. I in no way have authorized those debited amounts or any debit or amount from my account. Nor will I authorize any debits for any amount. I say again these 5 debits better immediately be refunded and no further amounts or debits shall be taken..
