Please give me my money back

Cancelled membership and and repeat billing. Had to call up to do so and was given a cancellation number etc,etc. Everything seemed above board. Then a month later was charged again. Three charges all at once. Fortunately, I had signed up using my Chase Sapphire card. They immediately sent me an alert message for possible fraud. They then called me a few hours later. I told them I had cancelled this service a month earlier.vthe cancelled my card and refunded my account for the bogus charges and sent me a new card. I am so glad I used my Chase card. So, if you jump thru the hoops and cancel the service from these crooks...beware. They will probably try and charge you more after your account is closed. You have to really go the extra step to make sure they desist. Good luck!

I decided to delete my account right away and I’m being charged. I want my money back and the charges to stop.

I am sick and tired of seeing these transactions!!! They are unauthorized, unwarranted, and unwanted!! How the hell do I make them stop?! I don't even give a fig about being reimbursed anymore I just want them to cease!!!!!!

Money has been taken from my account that i did not authorise. Please remove my account details from your records immediately or further action will be taken
