construction defects

The following has happened to my home since we purchased:

Stucco cracking an crumbling away from the exterior of the home

Mold behind the walls

leaking windows

Defective water heater blew up causing $1000 in water damage

Foundation leak

Foundation damage

Pool sinking bull nose coming off the pool

Fictures rusting inside the home

Roof singles falling off the roof

Truss braces in attic dangling not attached properly

Toll Brothers claims no warranty
