I'm wondering if this Company is genuine or just an internet scam? I placed an order in July for a document folder and received notification on 22 July that it had been shipped. It is now 18 August and still no sign of it!! Order No.AN17G22R3544-XQ4ELK. What really concerns me is that when you e-mail customer support, they simply don't bother to reply!! I will never purchase anything from Tom Top again and will be warning everyone I know, both locally and overseas, to avoid them!!
