But instead they send a note in mailbox telling that they attempted to deliver but failed for a second time. I presume they delivery man is lying. Since he can send this note to my mailbox, he can easily call me to collect the item instead because I am at home expecting the goods to arrive. I felt being cheated with I this matter. Yet on the online tracking I was told of own collection from the office. Attached are the copy of the screenshot from my phone calls telling no call from PosLaju delivery man.
