MY husband ordered a free trial of Acai Berry supplement for £4.95, however during August we have had 3
unauthorised payments from our account. We have our fraud dept at t hebank looking into this, but we also called 0121 3459889, what a farse, when he ordered these there were no Ts & Cs that stated you were subscribing to anything, but now you can't see this in the web site, they have conveniently removed this.
The guy at the helpdesk, told us that it the 4.95 was for packaging only and then after the trial we were invoiced for the full amount, PLUS they subscribed us to something else without telling us and took anoth £53, OUTRAGEOUS!!!

After a long conversation he went away to talk to his team leader and they have credited us back 70% which we are not happy about and are leaving the bank to recover this.

This company needs shutting down, or made legally to show all aspects, even having ts and cs rather than a comment.

They offer one free tub of weight loss supplement tablets BeriUltimate if you enter credit card details for postage costs. They then charge £70 ($109.20) per month to your credit card, claiming that you signed up for regular supply. If you phone them they try and barter a reduced refund for their obvious fraud.
