I'm employed by Total Jozini recent in June.
The garage is new with a new owner whos new in a fuel industry as they were struggling with Total systems i got employed by this garage as a manager, i'm very experienced in this field so i came as a manager in June.
I sign the contract stating all my duties including arranging promotions.
Total run promotions for all Total garages which are set on point of sales for all total garages, the only things sites do they receive promotional pamplets and posters and you have to put these as part of Total requirement, mistry shoppers judge cashiers on these kind if promotions and during Total evaluations, so these promotions are of prime importance.
So what i did i put these posters for promotions, next day i'm told i wasn't suppose to do this and the owner said she has incurred losses because of this and i must pay R9000.00 lose she incurred.
I know this wrong and shes using her power to deprive me of my hard earned money by using this.
These promotions are a must from Total and my contract even says this.
