Complain again KTMB staff rude and unprofessional

Hello Team,

Good day to you.

I'm writing this email to express my frustration on one of the KTMB staff at KL sentral on 02/01/2019 around 2210 HRS.

I took the train from Salak Selatan to KL Sentral using my Touch N Go card. When i alight at KL Sentral and tap on the exit i realize that the amount deducted to RM10 and usual amount which will be RM1.70.

I approach to the KTMB counter and i was inform to go to the back of the counter and look for the guy who was monitoring the flow of people exit and in using Touch and Go lane.

While i approach him he totally ignored my present and not even asking for any assistance. I tried to explain my situation to him but seems his behaviors was very rude handling me and i find this is an unprofessional way to handling passenger who are using the service.

The guy again ask me to go back to the same counter that the counter people ask me to approach the guy earlier. I was played ping pong here and there.

I am taking this as a serious concern from my end. This is a simple issue if this doesn't handle by KTMB he would directly explain to me to approach to Touch N go counter or call the customer service.

But he was super rude, add on there were a group of Chinese national tourist was having some difficulties to exit the access. This KTMB staff was from far shout at the passenger what you can see on the screen. Come on they are tourist and having some difficulties instead you shout and asking them why not you move your ass from the seat and walk to them and assist them. I believe KTMB pay the salary to the staff to do their job but seems you have some useless KTMB staff as well.

I need a clear explanation on this if not i will forward this email to the relevant ministry for further steps to be taken to KTMB management.

If you need prove you can view the security cameras that placed in the station you can see how many time i was walking to the counter and to the guy.


IM NOT HAPPY WITH KTMB STAFF WHO HANDLE ME.
