Had 4 new tires put on my truck. It took them 3 hrs to mount and balance the tires and give a front end alignment. Then I noticed afterwards that my stainless steel valve stem covers were gone and black plastic ones were in their place. I went back to the shop and asked what happened. I was told by the guys at the front desk that they automatically throw out metal valve stem covers because they can corrode. So without asking me they threw out the 4 valve stem covers that I spent money on. What gives them the right to do that? Then when I ask them for mine or to replace mine, they bring out this cheap chrome crap, not my good heavy stainless steel ones. There's one kid especially that is a real snot, very rude. My family has done business with Town Fair Tire for many years, but I will never go to them ever again, even if I have to pay more!!

I will never go back to town fair tire south Attleboro rt1, 1st people r eating while helping customers, 2nd 1 of the guys fell asleep on a tire tucked behind a wall for 15-20 min, 3rd there were 6 yes 6 employees standing around doing nothing but talking about girls, laughing, and talking about what party to go to tonight, I found the place to be a big inconvenience to my day since it took them exactly 2hrs and 23min to do a wheel alignment, oh yeah even when the town fair tire tire delivery guy came in grabed 1 tire put in truck and then came back into store and chit chatted about anything from he hated this job to explaining to the other employees that if this persons talking out here there always talking bad about employees behind back, they could send me free tire coupons for life, I'd rather pay 3 times the amount somewhere else, and I'll be spreading my story to thousands as I'm a big mouth, a lost customer for life
