Bought protection plan and was advised that my product was already registered and that I didn't have to. Called to file a claim and they said the would do a one time registration without the receipt and file a claim. They then denied the claim after stating that I didn't have to have the receipt this one time. Wasted money on the product and plan. They gave me the run around and lied.
