Yes with StraigtTalk I bought a phone and package they sent a broken phone and couldn't get to activate. Now so on that day a week ago they promised to send a refund. its been a week and still haven't got even though every time I chat or call they said it was sent.

Never use them.

Since March 9 I emailed the tracfone Executive Dept., a specific person who I will not name at this time. She referred me to someone else, who was supposed to contact me. she would call me whenever I said I WASN'T going to be available. So, I tried contacting Tracfone online and "chatting" to get things resolved. They said they did it, but when I was able to check it, nothing had been done. I need this corrected, and 4 weeks that was wasted added also. Today (3/26/18) I called Exec. office again because this had not been done, and after much waiting, etc. she said it was complete. Again, it is not...in checking my records, I see my minutes, etc. are basically the same as before. This is not correct. The minutes were not added.

THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED VERY QUICKLY. Guess you don't care if you all lose your jobs, and go out of business, now that Pollak is gone. Too bad.

Think you need to hire me as a remote consultant. I have spent many hours dealing with tracfone through the years.
