I applied for financial assistance to be an electrician whilst i work as an Operator but i was turned down reason its because its not in line with my scope of practice. They say if i wish to be an electrician i have to resign from the current job and then they'll be able to assist me with all the necessary arrangements.

My problem with this I've got a house and kids to look after should i took the decision of resigning and earn less than i used to, this will definitely put my life through hel. I just find it very difficult to understand why my company would like me to resign knowing for sure i' ve responsibility. To me this is restricting my opportunity that i've been eagerly anticipating. When i plea or weight letters to be financially assisted i do so out of desperation and the need of education, even research on what most old and young people regret has shown that the need to further their education is always at the top of their list.

I had to ventilate my frustration in this fashion because poverty is not glamorous. Some of us employees we've left school early because we didn't have a choice but to find bread for our siblings.

I trust that the Department will give good reason to promote affective and efficient service delivery.
Please gentle people help me to find solution to this
