I signed a 3 year contract with Trans Tech in 2009. Ran for 3 years. I did not renew this contract. They state that it was "Automatically Renewed", even without seeking or obtaining permission from me.
In April 2014, I sent written notice to TransTech that I was terminating their merchant services. They are presently threatening to ruin my credit and file a lien on my personal property. They have repeatedly tried to access my business account, even though their service has been discontinued, in writing.
They are calling my business 2-3 times a day with their threats and intimidation.
Suggestions on dealing with this fraudulent company?
