I received a TransWorld bill that just looked wrong. It was $364 for a Convenient Care Clinic. I called them and a man "that wasn't around here" started demanding my birth date and social (to confirm who I am). My only question was the city of the convenient care clinic, since I have moved in the last year. My insurance is good, and I should never owe a bill for $364 to a clinic for a visit. TransWorld would give me no information (and it didn't make me feel secure that a phone pit overseas was asking for information that would make identity fraud the next nightmare).

I located the clinic that had sent the bill in (and had never sent it to me). They say my insurance said I as terminated, blah, blah, blah. It has been in effect for 21 years, so they will send me the bill and let me contact my insurance company so I can straighten it out and pay the clinic. I won't go back to the clinic, and I won't pay Transworld.

This company sent me a "final" notice to collect some debt, but it was the first time I've received the notice in the mail. The letter stated that I owed ADT security a couple hundred dollars, and that I needed to pay the debt through this collection agency. Red flag 1) they spelt my name incorrectly on the letter 2) I never had an account with ADT 3) I called ADT to double check..guess what...THEY DON'T HAVE ME ON FILE for any debt because I'm not an existing customer! I double checked if my husband, an existing customer, was clear. ADT confirmed we were clear because my husband has an automatic withdrawal for his bill. When I called this debt collection agency to say they have it wrong and that I have proof (I told the lady the 3 red flags) she tried to say that maybe I had an ADT account in a different house. I told her AGAIN that I called ADT and I'm not an existing customer. In the past, I've had someone try to take my identity, so I have a reputable company watching over my credit. Guess what ... for YEARS I've never had an ADT debt/delinquent payment record show up on my credit report. Then, the lady tried to blame it on my HUSBAND! She said "maybe" he hasn't been paying ADT, and now ADT is trying to collect the debt through me. I told her that's impossible because of automatic payment, and the debt collector would go after him NOT me. This company is fake or does some shady "debt collecting."
Moral of the story.. people know what you owe and always double check with the company that is trying to collect debt from you! They will have records of it and can confirm or deny debts.

Man called was very very rude, asking to speak with my sister who works 12 hour shifts I explained that she was asleep, he demanded I wake her up, when explained that was not a possibility he continued to demand this, when I asked to speak with his supervisor he refused to put him on the phone with me. Continued to be rude until I finally hung up on him. I am not the type of person to hang up on someone way out of my nature.. this man was completely rude. He was very demanding and unreasonable, you should be more careful with how you are approaching people onthe phone . Offered to take a message to tell her what was in reference to, he said she knows what this is in reference to... for the record she has no idea what this was about.

Oh these people are crazy!!! they were so rude to my mother when she said I wasn't here asking all kinds of questions...bordering on harrassment!!! She continued to speak to my mother rudely and would give no information. That is completely disrespectful on every level and makes this company look extremely bad. You get bad customer service from one person and that will ruin the reputation of the company. It was for some bill that she said I owed from 10 years ago and demanded I pay it. I have no idea where she came up with this information. THIS IS SERIOUSLY A SCAM...DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!! NOT COLLECTION AGENCY..FRAUD COMPANY!!!

I have been a client of Transworld Systems for 5-6 years with mediocre results. I submitted an account which was forwarded to the phase II CMS. In the meantime, the client returned to my office with an emergency medical situation and paid her bill. I informed Transworld Systems that she paid her bill. I received a bill from Transworld for 1/2 due per our contract. I spoke with several representatives at the company and told them that I did not feel that TWS had done anything to collect that payment. I have paid the bill but am pissed. Beware of the contracts. No matter how long you work with them, they will throw you under the bus.

This company is seriously bordering on harrassment and are a joke! They call me up with no information wanting me to pay money on some bill 10 years ago? Are you kidding me? Sure crazy lady..here's my checking account number and oh don't forget to get my routing number as well. If a company is trying to collect money from individuals/companies, they are doing a HORRIBLE job at it!!
They will soon go out of business!

The fact that you are even defending your so called "company" online where the public posts comments...well, let's just say that is all the information anybody needs to know about how you handle business operations over there?
