On August 22 2023 I filled a claim with Travelers insurance for a total collapse of over 70 bricks the soldier row over the top of my garage at the time I were a 60 year old disabled veteran suffering from PTSS and major depression little did I know that my worst nightmare was about to start and bring my mental illness back. It all started the minute I received a call from Travis H he refused to take any pictures or proof from me he refused to make a home inspection only a video inspection but instead of just the damages claimed he wanted a video of the entire outside of my home to hopefully help justify the denial in less than 36 hours my claim was denied in writing stating that my collapse policy does not cover the damages because it can still be occupied as they state but the additional coverage states if it can not be used for its intended purpose which is to park a automobile in and it also states that a partial collapse.After denying my claim mr Travis and another employee was seen by me looking at my house when they saw me they drove up a little looking at me my heart started pounding fear came all over my body my life flashed right in front of me I felt as if I was about to meet my maker . I contacted Travelers and asked to be reevaluated
and to ask for their assistance in stopping this nightmare they said that within 24 hours I would get a call back in less than two hours the nightmare starts again I received a call from a blocked phone number it was Travelers telling me verbal that my claim was not going to change it was Travis the next day I received another call requesting the additional information just to deny again, Travelers have broken many laws in handling my claim and I am prepared able to and plan to file several lawsuits against Travelers Insurance for acting in bad faith as well as several other claims. I am asking someone from the board of directors to read this and do what ever you feel is right before it's to late to resolve,
