I did NOT receive a notice (even checked spam) of my cancelled fight and I had NOT gotten any word from them when I tried contacting them, nor did they ever even issue a refund! They just took my money, cancelled my flight a few days after without telling me, and never gave me a refund. I will never book with them again.

You can't get a hold of their customer service, and they're totally irresponsible. I don't even think they're a legit booking agency.

I want my money back and I want an apology.
