Terrible service

Dear Travel Masti Team,

I would really like to write in about my 1st Domestic Honeymoon trip organised by travel masti.

Firstly really thankful to Mr.Ravinder for making arrangements, with necessary requirements taken by him on our requests.

However on landing @ Chandigarh airport it was a shock of surprise to know the TRAVEL arrangements had just begun to show its true colours.

The Vehicle confirmed by us was TATA INDICA (AC) on atleast 100 times checking with every agent even the driver who called a day before over the phone said " Yes Sir, Indica gaadi kal 11 baje airport par leke aata hoon kal"

And we were shown some Maruti K10 model in shabby and smelly where you dont even have place to keep your luggage.

After series of calls to Mr.Sujit/Ms.Neha from travel masti, Mr.Vikas(Shimla) Mr.vikas(Manali) to whom you guys outsource this travelling jobs. seriously PATHETIC is the word, you expect the Guest to go after and chase the driver/car arrangements at 11th hour when the journey has just begun.

Knowing that it is 10-11 hour journey, is this how Travel masti treats its Guest???? I had to raise my voice to certain level to ensure that we get our requested vehicle what amount we paid for only after a wait of 2 HOURS.

I mean how can you not have any alternate arrangements done, when you know your guest is stranded with no proper arrangements. Payment was taken 25 days in advance than why cant serivce to guest be done in quick session????

The horror of travelling begins, driver of vehicle goes 15 kms @ his home locking vehicle and no AC on, and says my Brother will take you further. We sit for 30 mins without any knowledge. Only after calling everyone we are told 5 mins all time.

Mr.Arjun the replacement driver, is the man in his mood all time. Only if you tell him 3-4 times he will listen to you, he thinks he was the only one on road who knows skillfull driving (RASH driving certificate should be given). though we requested him to drive slow, halt at places where we liked all that was never done. Breaks where taken at places when he wanted and where he chose to halt.

He was good natured and well behaved, but stubborness isnt good, driving @ 80kmhr on hills may be an art for him, but guest at the back of car where tossing on both sides. We were so helpless just wanted to reach with proper safety.

Driver didnt have enough money to start of, all his personal expenses, diesel, some taxes extra where taken care by us. Saying he will return tomorrow. Which we had to tell his partner or him atleast 10 -15 times.

On within Manali visits where like we were asked to walk at Manu mandir / vashist Kund where all other vehciles of same name plate where easily coming and going.

I guess his payment where not done on time so he was upset as well and so we had to suffer.

TRAVEL MASTI what was your duty to check with the guest??? why didnt sujit (your agent) didnt call us why we had to call and check with him, on money provision, alternate arrangements.

Mr.Sujit also had promised big things to us, but SORRY to say here, Mr.Sujit you have never lived upto your words, your lunch discount or complimentory return lunch wasnt there. Nor did you answer any of our calls, simply avoiding Guest at the much needed hour.

How will you sustain when you cannot satisfy customers generic needs, of what he has already paid for well in advance.???

Only good part was the HOTEL HoneyMoon INN, with good room and very good food, the house keeping staff where very coperative.

While return as well we had very rash driving experience and halts at the drivers convinence rather than the GUEST's convinence.

I seriously did not get any VALUE FOR MONEY from travel masti in travelling as the name itself has been proved wrong here. Its was TRAVEL HELL for us to account for.

And coming to compensation part please note neither of you have ever been true to your words.

I pity on all those who will be travellling through your most unorganised TRAVELLING system, where you people just pass the buck and say not my fault.

Seriously its only the Hotel that has saved some respect for you from us.

Else to sum up we would definetly consider this as our horrendous Travelling trip ( 24 total hours of driving + 2 hours of wait for the car that we paid for + 2 hours in totality in convincing the agents to revert payment of driver so that we have tension free journey + Moody driver we had to halt at his convinence and pray all time that we reach safely + disgraceful and wrongly commitments of Travel Masti agent in terms of compensation, and avoiding the calls when really needed.)
