At 5pm Eastern time I called. After 2 and 1/2 hours on hold I, spoke with an agent and requested to book a flight using credits. She quote an airfare rate to use credits against. She quoted $439. I had my computer up and told the rate I was currently seeing was $300. I refreshed my browser and restarted my computer. It was the same. She asked that I take a screen shot and email it to her. I did that. She said she needed to verify it with her team. Came back and said she would honor the $300 rate. Then we got disconnected. I emailed her immediately, and asked that she please call back to complete the transaction. She did not. I had to call back again. This time I was on hold for another 3 hours. I spoke to another agent and explained. she said she will have Supervisor call . No one has called yet!
