I cancelled my trend micro service approximately 1 year ago, then received a notice per e-mail approximately 2 months ago that an automatic deduction would be made from my debit card for another year totally $86.01. I immediately called the company and was told that the charge would be cancelled. This was in January 2013. Today (3/11/13), there appeared a charge of $86.01 on my debit account for another year of service. I called the company again and was told that the charges would be rescinded in 3-5 days. I am so tired of this company. Their service is horrid, the product is inferior, and their customer service department is obviously deficient in carrying out customer's instructions. I have noticed other complaints on this site which are similar to mine. Can't anything be done about their fraudulent practices?
