Tripmate will not refund my money

To whom it may concern, On or around January 20, 2018 I filed a claim with Tripmate to refund airline fair in the amount of $129 with Frontier Airlines F9 426. I was informed by Tripmate it would take up to 30 days to complete claim. I have contacted Tripmate on several occasions in reference to completing my claim but to no avail. Can you help?
