Our trip to Europe had to be cancelled due to my mother’s terminal Illness. I provided TRIPMATE with my mother’s death certificate. The company then asked for a “disposition” from AON INIRANCE- which was used for my hotels-tours. I am not sure why TRIPMATE needed this information BUT I provided it as AON INSURANCE DID HONOR MY CLAIM. It’s been 4 months and my claim is still not resolved. In fact TRIPMATE keeps requesting information from me that I have sent to them already on 3 different occasions.
