We purchased flight insurance from TripMate because we were hauling a car 1800 miles to Las Vegas. We had a wheel bearing problem and were unable to make our flight. We filed a claim and of course it was denied because it was not an accident verified by a police report. It has taken over 2 months to get a response from them after they claim on their website fast claim service.
WE will never waste our money with this company again.

We purchased insurance for our return flight from Las Vegas. We were hauling a car to Vegas from 1800 miles away. A brand new trailer lost a wheel bearing causing a delay long enough for us to miss our flight. Because we were not hi-jacked or in a wreck our claim was denied. This company is a piece of crap, they are slow don't answer emails and good luck getting thru to a real person. Will never waste money on their so-called insurance again. I am also going to let the flight booking service I am not going to use them again since they recommended them.
