I ordered a simple poster from trippystore.com on January 11. Although I received an email confirmation of the order placement, it is now January 24 and the poster has still not been shipped. Do not order from trippystore.com unless you want to deal with an excessively protracted delivery process.

I ordered two tapestries, both which said they would be shippied in 2-3 days, well here it is 10 days later and I've not heard a word from them. I've tried to contact them and I can't get through. My confirmation email that said they recieved my order was put in the wrong folder and deleted so I emailed and asked for my tracking information and such and I've not gotten a word back. I'm irritated. One of those is a gift and the whole package was supposed to be mailed out a few days ago. I had to call and tell them that their gifts wouldn't be there in time. I'm really disappointed. Their products look so neat and I figured they would take more care to keep their customers happy.
