DELAYED BACK ORDER

I BROUGHT THE AIR FRYER FROM QVC DECEMBER 2020, with it came I free offer for a basket and other attachments.
going back and fourth with the company it's always on back order . I'm very disappointed with it. I would love to use the air fryer to the fullest.
