The Month of September I received the Bell Company's bill saying that I owe $123.99 and under the Usage, this Company Triton Global Assist-ann had charged me 3.89 that I have 3 times and when I called them they told me that I have used their payment system and I allowed them to charge me directly via phone I told them I never knew they existed and I never allowed them to charge me then I told them to take my name of the list and they said they would, but now last Month of October the week of 20 I received another Bell Company's bill and the same Company that I didn't know existed they charged me again 3.89 that charge was put in Bell Company's bill like the last time and furthermore it said for the Adjustments .......Date applied Jan 01 Description Adjustment for Chargeable Messages 3.89 and 3.89 also for Triton Global Assist-ann again. I called Bell asking them why am I having this problem that I never had before they said something that wasn't making sense then I asked them about the Adjustments they told me because I keep going there that Bell needs to adjustments my bill. Nothing makes sense I never knew that Company or do I want too I wanted Bell to block the line from Triton because my line has been blocked for a very long time and they told me that they can't it's out of their hands. Something must be done I'm sick and very tired of this. Nothing makes sense why because like I said above I don't know that Company I never knew they existed can you please help me with this.
