I have been with TRSS for over a year now, the number of complaints I have is overwhelming. I can write a book about this crowd. From not have my correct contact details on their system, to not accessing my property although I bought the master lock from them for the very same reason, to arriving 15 minutes after the alarm activation, to incorrect invoicing, you name it!!! I contacted the highest level possible at the Kyalami branch in Johannesburg from Marketing to Sales to Reaction and Control Room Managers, you name it, they are PATHETIC. Their excuses are such a joke, when I ask for proof of such, they go quiet. Eventually a Cobus Snyman-Reaction Manager, apparently some new broom that wants to sweep the place clean calls me saying he wants to meet me face to face to go through everything to sort it out, calls me, then agrees to a meeting then JUST NEVER TURNS UP!!!! HE IS REACTION MANAGER, HE CANNOT EVEN ROCK UP TO A MEETING HE REQUESTED! HOW CAN WE TRUST THEM TO ROCK UP TO SAVE OUR LIVES?? WHEN I MAIL ASKING WHAT WAS THE REASON, NO ONE RESPONDS. IT IS APPALLING THAT WE ACTUALLY PAY THESE PEOPLE!! FOR WHAT! BLATANT LACK OF SERVICE???!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ELSE TO DO? WHO DO I TAKE THIS UP WITH NEXT??? THEY HAVE OUR LIVES IN THEIR HANDS AND THIS ARROGANCE IS UNBELIEVABLE. JUST ADMIT YOU ARE WRONG TRSS AND THEN FIX IT. AVOIDING YOUR PAYING CLIENTS IS NOT GOING TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS RUNNING. I AM GOING TO GO TO THE MIDRAND REPORTER NEXT. MAYBE THEN YOU WILL TAKE YOUR PAYING CLIENTS AND THE RESPONSIBILITY WE ENTRUST YOU WITH SERIOUSLY!!

We previously had our armed response with RSS, which apparently was taken over by Tactical Reaction Group pf Companies in September 2015. Since then they have become TRSS. In early March 2016, we were sent a bill of 11k. When requested for information from TRSS they kept delaying the process. Eventually after over a month and a half i get some information and then too not all. The Managing Director, Renato listens to me promises the world but never delivers. He even lies for the accounts staff at TRSS who are totally dumb and do not know how to forward an email from 2013/2014 and who cannot comprehend simple English. The General Manager, Adri does the same. They both totally avoid emails and avoid responding to messages left for them as well. Eventually after copying the CEO on my emails, Charles Urban, we now get a letter of demand to still pay the 11k but not providing us with the information we need. The CEO, Charles Urban does not respond at all either. The Accounts department then sends the letter of demand to my husband and copying some other account holder in it as well. This account holder responded that TRSS actually owed her money as well. The armed response company must be falling part to retain people's monies and to demand monies from others who dont actually owe them any. The amount of lies the Managing Director and the account lady Sonja speaks is unbelievable for an armed response. I hate to understand what their armed response is like. Its now the armed response that is robbing people in Randburg specifically TRSS and Tactical Reaction, its no longer burglars
