On 15/11/2015 I have went to True Harmony in Kota Damansara for redeemed the Groupon voucher that I purchased before. I have did the wave 6 treatment for the hips.After that,the manager who name Christy was approached to purchase the unlimited slimming packages with pricing RM8,888. I told her that I have to consider first as it's too high cost for me. But she was convinced me to purchase it with 0% interest.
So I do have signed up for the mentioned packages.
Unfortunately, on 16/11/15 my boss was informed me that will promoted me to work in Singapore branch and it will be effective on next year 2016 January.
Therefore, I was called to informed Christy that I want to requesting refund as I can't even use the packages anymore.
She was told me that there's no refund once payment has been made.
I am very upset about as that's not expected I will be transfer to Singapore branch. I felt it's very unfair that I never start with the packages yet but they saids no refund. The packages is cost me RM8,888. I felt I been cheated and I have made police report as well. If still can't get any respond from their side then I shall go further action to sue their company in consumer tribunal.
Don't go for this beauty salon,it's very terrible salon !!!!!!! think twice before u want to step in !!!!!!
