Unprofessionalism True Move H

Changing a package wait 24 hours, being over charged - ease wait 24 hours, ++ SMS charges - please wait 24 hours, extension cord being stolen from my house - please wait 24 hours surely taken by mistake..

Overall experience has been awful. No apology just pay.

About 4 months ago I changed my phone and house wi fi system.

With a wonderful package only paying like 699THB per month. Well till I received the next bill double the price.

Only being told the SMS service wasn't included. O well that's not what i was told.
Then the argument started that I'm not telling the truth... By a True Move H support agent.

Then this month again... Same problem

Ok, fine let's move on. Never mind right?

Woke up this morning. NO WI FI.
Ahhhh you have an outstanding amount of only 67 THB for the previous month.
I couldn't believe it as I paid the full amount of 1700thb more than double.

Ok back to the true move shop. 2 hours later.
Please wait 24 hours.

Please be aware of all extra charges and issues.
Keep an eye on your package and what they charge

I'm now paying more then I use to when I had my wifi and phone on seperate packages.

Very disappointed, no apologies just pay

Simple customer service

I have a problem with being in a 12 month contract, even though the door to door salesperson checked and came back to me to say that 4-6 months of usage was possible ie no lock in period. My only requirement before installation was to sign up for 4-6 months.

My complaint is not with 1242 customer service as they have researched my problem and provide courteous responses.

I went to the true move shop in Jungceylon ... they would not even consider asking what my problem was ... I was stuck at the "you dont have your original passport " response.
No attempt to provide customer service at all, even with a copy of my passport ... now that's pedantic and does not fall under the category of customer service. i walked out unsatisfied.

I understand that, i could not proceed without the original passport, but any sort of assistance would have changed the outcome from ... An irate customer who will never deal with true move again ... to an appeased customer.

Ive been trying to return the equipment as i have no intentions of cheating true move out of their equipment, but that also appears to be not possible without paying the approx 10,000baht penalty. Just doesnt make sense ... to be willing to write off 5000-7000 baht worth of equipment ... but not compromise on the penalty, which would appease me.

I tried to jump through your hoops but its just too difficult.

Mobile SIM not working

I purchased a SIM card and paid about 900bhat of my money. The SIM card did not work at all. The SIM was purchased from a TrueMove store in Bangkok. When I went in the next day with my receipt, the staff would not give me a refund. This is poor service and against Thai law. I complained to the company and Thailand's so called regulator, still with no outcome after 6 months.

I would never use TrueMove again. An aweful company.

Bad singal

it has been 9 months i have complaint about my singal till today i have not good any attention .
Very soon i will make a Plocie report against Ture for charging costumer not according to package and very soon i will put this matter
All multimedia and i am trying to talk to TV channel about this matter how bad is Ture service. If i have to file a case against True i will do so .TAKE THIS MATTER Seriously I AM NOT JOKING

Package

True is really the worst customer service you can have, after x phone calls I was finally able to downgrade my True package and last Monday 18 June 2017 I changed my bundle package incl True Move, True Internet and True Visions and got confirmed by SMS that my new True Move package inside the bundle as following (please see the effective date at the end):

4G iSmart 199, monthly charge 199 bht., All-Net calls for 100 mins., 4G at max speed of 100 Mbps., 3G+/EDGE/GPRS at max speed of 42 Mbps., total of 500 MB (Fair Usage 500 MB), after that non-stop usage at max speed of 128 Kbps., WiFi 10 hrs., over usage of call will be charged at 1.50 bht/min., 3 bht/SMS, 5 bht/MMS, excl.VAT, can be subscribed starting from Nov 2, 15 onward.

Is there anything this company can get right??

Very slow wireless speed

On the 27th April I purchased a 4G Sim from True office at Tesco Lotus on Pattaya Nua. I told the sales assistant quite clearly that I needed fast speeds as I wanted to stream live sport and movies. For about 12 hours that happened. I was so pleased.
Since then however speeds (checked with Ookla) have been so slow that the system virtually does not operate.
I went back to the True outlook where I purchased the Sim and was told nothing can be done until the 1 month pre paid period has expired.
That is such poor service if that is true advice...which is why I write this note. Could you please advise if there is an error in your system somewhere.
There is attached the Sim package with Barcode and phone number attached to this note.
Can you please sms a reply to the number attached.

Truemoveh staff giving private information to public

On Monday November 27th at 8.44am one of truemoveh staff made public my phone number, package details and exact location. This is a serious breach of privacy from a large corporation. Until this case is resolved and the mole is brought to justice i will fight truemoveh as far as I can take them in court to protect peoples privacy. Anyone else have this problem with truemoveh staff and there loose lips...

Bad service

I requested a transfer from DTAC to TRUE, at Central Chaengwattana, TRUE told me to wait three days in order for the process to get done, three days later they contacted me saying that the procedure failed because the entered data was in correct, so they told me to contact DTAC again to make sure that my data in their database was correct, they told me it was correct, went back to TRUE again they told me to wait three days, only to happen that three days later they also sent me that the procedure failed because the entered data was in correct, I had to go to DTAC again, they gave me a form with all the correct data, took the form and went to TRUE again and they said I had to wait another three days, I told them I had to travel in less than three days, they said it's ok, once I get back to Bangkok everything will be ready, so I got back a month later, and they said that the procedure failed because the entered data was in correct!!! and that I had to contact DTAC again!! I told them I gave you the right form and everything should be fine on there, they told me to wait three days again.. that was two weeks ago, they didn't even contact me back again this time.. this is what I call a bad service.. Congratulations.. you lost a client.

Not getting 3G speed

I Have recharged my mobile 0955303652 for THB 399 which promises 3 GB 3G data and limited speed post 3 GB for the rest of the month. It has been 3 days since I recharged and I still have 1.4 GB under 3G speed eligibility. But i am getting only basic speed (maximum 30 KB/sec) which is not acceptable at all.

Dear True Move H, Please address this ASAP.
