I'm not happy with trueworths ,on Saturday the 25th I made an EFT payment on my trueworths account R620 ,I have been to the store on Monday to see if that payment is appearing they said it takes 48 hours ,no questions asked or any show of concern.I left the store and sent an email to services@trueworths but no response but I keep receiving statement that I've not paid my account!!!

I have an account with trueworths more than 5yrs. I paid up my account n stoped using it.only bought two items this month, to my SUPPRISE i got sms stating that i have R1200 to spend from R12000. Someone took clothing on my account without my approval. I never lost my id how posible is that. When calling customer care , they telling me that took clothing from places that i DON'T even know.
