Please assist with the cancellation of insurance cover and account. My mother has been trying to cancel/close her account, however staff at Truworths Keywest branch have not been helpful at all. They have given her numerous numbers to contact herself, using hundreds of rands to contact those telephone numbers, yet get no assistance. I sent an email as per staff to [email protected] however she is still getting calls and text messages that she owes them. The email was sent on the 25November 2020 and she has been attempting to get the account and cover cancelled since September/October 2020.

Could someone please assist as this is not fair to a customer who did not sign up for the insurance cover.
