non providing short term/LT capital gain

I am holding my trading a/c p-11 in your trust line aligarh branch , to file my income tax return i am asking to branch manager for last one month to provide me short term capital gain for the period 01-04-2016 to 30-06-2016 , but he is not co-operating in the matter , plz
provide me said information immediately, otherwise matter shall be refer to NSDL/SEBI.
