Deducted money from my personal account without my permission

Bad Service

Hi

I was at the store in church stress Pietermaritzburg, the lady helping me was Wendy Makhathini. Before leaving the office I called to enquire how I can be assisted with my refund/return. I was inform that since I don't have the split I must exchange the items. They said I must print my bank statement and I did. I stayed at church street for over an hour and they still could not assist me. When I made an enquiry as to why it's taking so long I was told they are doing me a favour. I told her that I don't want favours and I'm offended by her statement. I DON'T WANT FAVORS I want the service I deserve as a customer. If my request is outside the framework of your policy they must state it and not do me favours. They wanted me to leave my card number and I refused because of the internet card fraud. This lady has my card with her for over an hour who knows what she was doing with the card. I want to know if this is company policy to keep a customers cheque card.

iltreatment

Ibought clothing for me and my brother shirt for me and trouser for my brother as he is in cape town .i gave it with slip to a bus to hand it to him. I noticed it later that the shirt is small .i went back to the store to exchange it.as i bought it cash the proof i have is the bank statement. the manager told me bank statement is not used as aproof of purchase.i must bring only the slip.can you please help me .
