I was at Evaton mall 26/11/16 buying few things for my sisters' matric dance. I bought foundation and powder at Edgars and the soft tag was not removed. Then we went to Truworth because we wanted a bracelet that come with ring. As we enter the store the sensametic machine went on because the soft tag was not removed by Edgars store. A guy called Baba come to us and I said to me " what did you steal " in Sotho. All customer were looking at me and I feel embarrassed , humiliated and like im a criminal as the guy kept on saying " what did you steal. I then went to find the store manager and she was out . I spoke to Lindi secord in charge and I told her my complain and then she went to spoke with Baba while I was paying the bracelet and I just wanted to leave that store and i even forgot to buy a silver catch bag I saw in the store. Lindi didn't give me the feedback and I had to ask one staff to call her for me. I didnt receive any apology from Baba and i want to see him being desciplined. The staff in that store they a unprofessional from management down to staff and need training in customer service and stop undermining black customers as shoplifters.
