on the 23 June i bought a shoes at Rustenburg waterfall mall truworths, it was perfect fit when i wore it, in few hours time the shoe heel broke, while i was @ work in fornt of clients, what a humuliation, i had to work with sleepers the whole day, when i went back to the shop yesterday 01.07.2015 the asked for a slip, that i have already threw away as i wasnt anticipating this factory fault as i trust the quality of the company, the shoes is still new in a box with a price on it and all the details but they told me there's nothing they can do about it, it's hardly 2 weeks since i had the shoe, now no one can assist me, including the manager himself, i left the shoes as there's nothing i can do about it, i'm not even 60kg but the shoe had to break, someone please intervene
